The house has 2 separate entrances from two different streets, which offers the possibility to enter according to your needs and access route.
Entering from the upper street, you will find a large space where the living-dining room and an open plan kitchen with bar and Andalusian touch, which invites you to enjoy an aperitif in company while cooking, merge with great design and functionality. On this same floor you will find one of the 4 bedrooms and one of the 3 walk-in showers, very contemporary, but with Andalusian style.

From this corner you can go out to the other entrance, in a small courtyard, where you can park your bikes or motorbikes without any problem.
